...Guest Artist 2017

Tracy Haines was raised in Omaha , Nebraska and now lives in Littleton, Colorado with her husband and three children. She studied medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, then practiced Dermatology for a number of years. She retired early to raise her children and pursue her lifelong interests in painting and music.

Tracy paints almost every day, both outside on location ( plein air) and in the studio. Predominately self taught, she has taken a number of classes at the Art Students League in Denver, and participated in various workshops. Her work has been exhibited in local galleries and numerous shows. Colorful landscapes in pastel , oil and acrylic are Tracy's forte, although she works in other mediums and subject matter from time to time.

In addition to art, I'm a self-taught musician, playing bass, flute and piano in various venues.  Artistic pursuits keep one youthful and invigorated; it's an incredible blessing to live the life of an artist!
